Beyond the harmonics, a whole palette of extended techniques you'd never usually pull from an acoustic guitar: haunting tremolos that swell and flutter; sul ponticello — glassy, metallic, full of tension; scratchy overtones and organic noise for grit and realism; and cinematic soundscapes and powerful pads built from the guitar itself. Extended Acoustic Guitar is where the whole EPS story comes full circle. Guitarmonics and Bowed Guitar were the very first Edu Prado Sounds libraries — born from a project composed entirely on a single acoustic guitar, and the reason Edu Prado Sounds exists at all. This is their evolution: everything those two did — the shimmering harmonics, the vocal bowed textures — reimagined, expanded and unified into one deeper, more expressive instrument, now with new articulations and effects, a powerful percussion engine and sequencer, a modern interface, and fully ready for the Free Kontakt Player. The libraries that started it all, grown up. (Guitarmonics and Bowed Guitar now become legacy releases.)

Installation: The EPS Extended Acoustic Guitar is NKS-compatible and available for KONTAKT and the free KONTAKT Player. It comes with a serial number and must be activated in Native Access.
Important: Update both Native Access and KONTAKT before installing.
- Start Native Access.
- Open Preferences and set your Download and Content location.
- In the bottom left, click Add Serial and enter your serial number.
- Open the KONTAKT tab, find your library, and click Install (or Locate if you downloaded it separately).
- Find it in KONTAKT's Libraries — in KONTAKT 8, also via the new Library Browser.
